Ticket sales for our joint concert with Treble Clef are very low with only a few weeks to go. We will have an update on Tuesday but please increase your efforts to promote and sell the concert.

Just a reminder that we have fabulous rehearsal tracks to tune in to back home.

  

Note re our Joint Concert:

Mary Jenner and Chris Jordan have both confirmed the refreshments will be during the interval and NOT at the end. They had indicated a 20 minute interval but this will be c30 mins.

Please note TCC don’t provide jugs of water free of charge for choir and audience but do offer bottled water for £1 at the bar.  This reduces the risk of water spillage in the church. All are welcome to bring their own water bottle, if preferred.

 

Publicity Team:

Joint Concert with Treble Clef - Weybridge Sings! - 7.30pm Friday 9th October - 3 rehearsals to go.

  • Both choirs are organising this concert so we are hoping to attract a bigger wider audience, to enjoy both types of singing.

  • A PDF poster of our concert 'Weybridge Sings' is attached, for electronic distribution.

  • Mailchimp - 2nd mail shot about to go out to all our followers.

  • For those of you have generated an Audience Contacts Group, or already have one, please send out a copy of Mailchimp or our Poster. 

  • Poster and flyers are now available. Please put in your car and house windows, cafes, libraries, shops etc. It would be good to know if we have any gaps in our coverage? We know that we cover council noticeboards in Elmbridge, Runnymede and Spelthorne and have coverage in Weybridge, Walton, Hersham, East Molesey, Byfleet, Oatlands, Addlestone and Shepperton. But can we check on who is covering Sunbury, Ottershaw, Rowtown, Chertsey, Staines, West Molesey, Woodham and New Haw?
